This is the short, plain version of what we do with the details you give us. We run a small course; we don't run an advertising business, and we don't want your data for anything other than talking to you about it.
What we collect
When you request a seat or write to us, we ask for your name, email and phone number, and you can optionally tell us about your background and which plan you want. That's it. We don't ask for card numbers or any payment details through this site — payment is arranged separately after we confirm your place.
Why we collect it
We use your contact details for one purpose: to reply about the Game Design Craft course — confirming your seat, sending payment options, answering questions, and letting your cohort know about session times. If you write to us with a support question, we use your email to answer it.
Where it goes
Form submissions are appended to a private file on our server and, for the team's convenience, mirrored into a spreadsheet only mentors and the admin can open. We don't sell your details, rent them, or pass them to advertisers. A handful of service providers (our email host and hosting company) process data on our behalf under their own agreements.
How long we keep it
If you enrol, we keep your details for as long as you're a student plus a reasonable period afterwards for alumni contact and our records. If you ask about the course but don't enrol, we clear your enquiry within twelve months unless you ask us to keep in touch.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Because we're based in Latvia, EU data-protection rules apply to how we handle your information. Email [email protected] and we'll act on reasonable requests promptly — usually within a month.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies; what they do and how to switch off the optional ones is described in our Cookie Policy.
